Quality, health and safety policy

The Management of Eurocoltellerie considers it a priority to spread the culture of quality and attention to health and safety in the workplace, for the growth of the company and all stakeholders with whom it interacts directly or indirectly.

To this end, continuous improvement of internal management processes is considered fundamental, operating in the manner provided by the management system for Quality, Health and Safety in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO
45001:2018.

In relation to its own context of reference and stakeholders in the activities and products/services provided, the Management is committed to:

promote the process approach and for each process assess and manage risks and opportunities;
define objectives and indicators, considering in each action/decision taken all relevant aspects related to quality and occupational health and safety, and carry out measurements and controls through their continuous review;
Evaluate the needs of the Customer in order to best meet its requirements, so as to promote overall business competitiveness;
Comply with all applicable mandatory requirements with particular reference to worker health and safety issues;
conduct compliance audits with respect to applicable mandatory requirements, maximizing the level of quality of services provided;
take all necessary measures in order to reduce to zero the level of risk related to the prevention of accidents, possible occupational diseases, emergency situations and their continuous improvement;
provide the necessary resources for the implementation, maintenance of effectiveness and improvement of the quality, health and safety management system.
To this end, stakeholder involvement is considered central through:

raising awareness of all stakeholders on the commitments of the Company Policy, with particular reference to quality and occupational health and safety aspects;
the involvement of stakeholders in the processes of defining objectives in the aforementioned matters and in the processes of continuous improvement;
the empowerment of Personnel, at all levels, with respect to the issues of quality and health and safety of themselves and their colleagues, including through training courses;
the promotion of forms of dialogue and confrontation between all stakeholders in order to communicate transparently the company's performance;
acting and communicating with transparency and completeness of information with respect to all aspects of the above policy.
Management ensures that this policy is documented, operationalized, kept active, periodically reviewed, disseminated to all personnel to all stakeholders, and made available to the public.
